1. Acceptance
By using substx.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional written terms may apply to a future account or paid service if and when one is offered.
2. Directory only
SubsTX organizes commercial service information and business listings for informational purposes. SubsTX is not a contractor, broker, employer, agent, insurer, licensing authority, or party to an agreement between a user and a listed company. We do not quote, schedule, supervise, inspect, or perform contractor work.
3. Listings and editorial content
Listings may be based on public information, a business submission, or editorial research. Publication is not an endorsement, certification, ranking, or guarantee. A company name, phone number, service area, capability, insurance record, permit, or other detail may be incomplete or change after publication.
SubsTX may edit, decline, suspend, or remove a listing or page at its discretion, including to correct errors, protect users, or maintain directory quality.
4. Your due diligence
Before engaging a company, you are responsible for confirming the exact project address, scope, price, schedule, references, insurance, permits, safety plan, wastewater or disposal procedures, and any credential actually required for that service and jurisdiction.
5. Business submissions
If you submit business information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. A submission does not guarantee publication, placement, traffic, leads, search visibility, or continued inclusion.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, impersonate another person or business, submit deceptive information, interfere with site operation, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or systematically extract and republish directory data without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
SubsTX owns or licenses the site design, original editorial copy, organization, and software. Business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Limited personal or internal business use of the public directory is permitted; broader reproduction or redistribution requires permission unless the law provides otherwise.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubsTX disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the site is legal, engineering, environmental, safety, insurance, or procurement advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubsTX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a contractor relationship, a directory error, third-party conduct, or interrupted access. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update the site and these terms. Revised terms apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated. These terms are governed by Texas law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
