Our target
SubsTX uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its current design and development target. This is a goal, not a claim that every page has completed an independent conformance audit.
Measures in the current site
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, links, and native disclosure controls where practical.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls with visible focus behavior.
- Responsive layouts intended to remain readable without horizontal page scrolling at common mobile sizes.
- Text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful controls and visual elements.
- Contrast and touch-target review as part of the public-page QA process.
Ongoing review
Accessibility work is ongoing, and automated checks cannot identify every barrier. Directory content also changes as company records and city pages are updated. If a page is difficult to use, we want to know rather than make an unsupported claim of perfect compliance.
Feedback and assistance
Email [email protected] with the page address, a short description of the problem, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology involved. You may also request directory information in a reasonable alternative format.
We will review accessibility messages and work toward a practical response or alternative. Response time can vary with the issue; this statement does not promise a fixed resolution period.
Assessment approach
The current statement is based on internal review of templates, keyboard behavior, responsive presentation, and representative public pages. It will be updated when the assessment method or conformance status materially changes.
