Business submissions

List a Business

Commercial service companies can submit public contact and coverage information for editorial review. Submission is direct, and the current process does not require an account.

What to send

A concise, source-backed submission is easier to review and keep accurate.

  • Legal or public-facing company name.
  • Public business phone number and the best editorial contact email.
  • Commercial services offered and the Texas cities or counties actually served.
  • Company website or another public source for editorial verification. It may be stored as source data without being linked from public directory pages.
  • Any correction to an existing SubsTX record.

How review works

  1. 01

    Source review

SubsTX checks whether the business information is attributable to a public source or an authorized submission.

  2. 02

    Directory fit

The proposed services and coverage are mapped to the current city and service taxonomy.

  3. 03

    Editorial decision

The record may be published, held as a draft, declined, edited, or removed. Submission does not guarantee placement or timing.

No performance promises

SubsTX does not promise leads, rankings, traffic, “instant SEO authority,” a verification badge, or a specific response time.

Project credentials remain specific

Insurance, permits, licenses, safety requirements, and technical qualifications vary by scope and jurisdiction. Property teams verify applicable records directly before engagement.
